Governors are appointed by the Society of Notaries Public and the Attorney General, pursuant to the provisions of British Columbia’s Notaries Act.

Financial Statements

Our financial statements provide detail on the Foundation’s financial information for each fiscal year.

The Governors of the Notary Foundation meet approximately four times annually to review applications for funding. The next scheduled meeting of the board is July 15, 2025. If you would like your application to be before the board at that time, please ensure it is received by the Foundation by June 15, 2025.
